Is my personal information safe with SpiceStyle.com?
The privacy and confidentiality of our customers’ personal and financial information is of utmost importance to us. At no point in time, shall spicestyle.com share/disclose the information of our customers to a third party without consent. However, the management reserves the right to share this information with our affiliates and other partners or if required by law and legal processes.
How can I track my order?
After login, you may track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” tab on the top-most bar on the homepage, or by visiting https://www.delhivery.com/ . Additionally, you will also receive SMS updates of your order on your registered mobile number.
How many days should my order take to reach me?
SpiceStyle.com endeavours to deliver your purchases within 3-5 business days. However, this depends on the type of the article and its availability. The delivery time may also vary from location to location.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Once you have purchased a product and made the payment, you’ll be notified about the confirmation of your order via your registered E-mail ID/registered mobile number.
Why was my order cancelled after I made the payment?
SpiceStyle.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of any operational/technical issues in the logistical process or if any fraudulent activity is suspected from the user account. The customer will be duly informed about the same via his/her registered E-mail ID/SMS.
I want to order a product that is “out of stock”. How do I do that?
Click the “Add to my wishlist” button to save the product for a purchase in the future, as and when the product is available.
How do I cancel my order?
After you have logged into your account, click on the “My Orders” button on the top right corner of the header. Please note that the order can only be cancelled so long as it has not been packed or shipped by our logistics partner.
How do I know if you can deliver goods to my location or not?
Deliveries are made to select Pin Codes across India. Customers will automatically know if their pin code is served while entering the delivery address in the cart. If your pin code is not served, an error message will be displayed.
Why can you not deliver goods to my location?
Our logistics team serves the vast majority of pin codes across India and the network is expanding. However, due to operational limitations, some locations may not be serviceable. In such a situation, you are requested to try changing the delivery location.
Is my personal and financial information safe on SpiceStyle.com?
Why was I charged a delivery fee?
SpiceStyle.com has a policy of free delivery for purchases of any product worth INR 1000/- or more. For products worth less than INR 1000/- a nominal delivery fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged towards shipping.
What are the payment options that I can avail while shopping on SpiceStyle.com?

- COD (Cash on Delivery)
How much time would SpiceStyle.com take to process my refund after I have returned the product?
We take 3 business days from the date of receipt of your product and quality-check at our warehouse to initiate NEFT transfers. From then, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your Credit/Debit/Netbanking account. In case of Cash on Delivery, you will be prompted to select your preferred “mode of payment” when you place a return request. The refund will be made to the Credit/Debit card/Net Banking account specified by you.
Your pick-up executive cannot pick the product I want to return/replace from my location. What do I do?
A return request can be initiated online on the “My Orders” page. In rare cases where we do not have a provision of pick up in your area, the logistics team may require you to self-ship the product to one of the following address:
If I am dissatisfied with a product I received and wish to exchange it for a different product, how do I go about it?
Please note that the replacement is only available for defective products and in case of changes in size/fit. No other requests for replacements will be entertained.
I have already made the payment, however I have not yet received the product. What should I do?
The status of your product and expected time of delivery can be found using the “Track Orders” feature of SpiceStyle.com.
